Commission for the Doctor Who Ezine The Terrible Zodin. Had to rush this one more then I would have liked. I am not used to deadlines. :| But I am ok with how it turned out either way! The Doctor looks awful though. haha! (Fixed it some... Still looks awful. haha!)
